If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. A refund of 100% of the purchase price will be issued on exchanges if merchandise is returned unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the item. A fee of 20% of the purchase price will be charged on non-exchange returns to cover shipping costs to you. Credit card orders will receive a refund in the form of credit to their credit card and check payments will receive a refund check. Please allow at least 14 days from when we receive the returned item to get your credit or refund.
